In some cases, Impireacht Chemicals may ship direct from the supplier, depending on stock levels and regional availability. This will become increasingly minimal as distributorships are sold and local representatives begin handling deliveries directly within their regions.

Delivery timeframes for Impireacht Chemicals products are typically up to 8 days. However, delivery may take longer during supply‑chain disruptions such as ferry outages, transport delays, or regional access issues. We communicate openly with customers if delays occur and ensure full traceability throughout the shipping process.

Shipping for All Other Brands

For all other brands we supply — including partner brands we do not own — shipping terms are set by each individual manufacturer or supplier. Because these terms vary, customers are responsible for reviewing the specific shipping policies of the brand they are purchasing.

Empyre Agri Essentials will follow and honour each supplier’s shipping structure, ensuring your order is processed according to the correct terms for that brand.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We stand behind the quality of every Impireacht Chemicals product. All Impireacht Chemicals products are covered by our 30‑day money‑back guarantee. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of purchase, you may return the product for a full refund of the product purchase price only.

Please note: Empyre Agri Essentials does not refund any shipping costs associated with Impireacht Chemicals returns. This includes both the original delivery cost and any return shipping costs incurred when sending the product back to us.

For all other brands we supply — including partner brands we do not own — we honour the return and warranty structures set by each manufacturer. Because these policies vary between suppliers, customers are responsible for reviewing the specific return terms of the brand they wish to return. Once the supplier approves the return, Empyre Agri Essentials will honour the financial portion of the refund directly with the purchaser.
